RATE CHANGES:Due to intrastate regulation, effective immediately, when making a call within a single state, such as calling from one city to another in Texas, add 3 cents per minute to the stated USA rate. Calls beyond the state line or to other countries are not affected by this change.

Calling Instructions:

1. Dial 1-800-497-9680 from USA or Canada

Note to VoIP, home and mobile phone users with unlimited USA calling plans: Dial 213-221-4250 instead of the 800 number listed above for the most reliable access for your calls from the USA.

2. At the prompt, enter your PIN number.
3. After the prompt, dial the number you are calling. For calls within the USA, press 1 + Area Code + Number. For international calls, press 011 + Country Code + City Code + Number.
4. To make another call, press # key for two seconds.

Card never expires if used at least once every 365 days.

To recharge in 5 mouse clicks, log into your account, click on recharge, and add from $20 to $100 to this same PIN number. View call detail records and set up PINzap pinless dialing and speed dial, too. Now also supports Internet Dialing so you can use Destination Cell pin with your Internet-connected computer from anywhere in the world.
